The Showroom Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensure smooth and efficient customer service, product displays, and inventory management

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service, product displays and inventory management;
  • Sales Performance: Drive showroom sales by setting targets, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to boost revenue;
  • Customer experience: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing personalised assistance, product knowledge, and addressing customer concerns promptly;
  • Studying the features of all products on offer and complete mandatory product trainings required by Jaquar;
  • Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies;
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are available and appropriately displayed. Manage product restocking and order placement as necessary;
  • Sales reporting: Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, analysing trends and making recommendations for improvements;
  • Promotions and Events: Coordinate in-store promotions, events and sales activities to attract foot traffic and drive sales; and
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
