- Retail Operations
- Sell equipment such as rackets, balls and other accessories.
- Offer sportswear, refreshments, and other essentials to customers.
- Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, offering advice on equipment selection and game tips.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Foster relationships with players, coaches, and members.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain organized displays.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of goods.
- Marketing and Promotions
- Promote new products, discounts, and events through in-store displays and social media platforms.
- Support events or tournaments by setting up stalls or offering sponsorship deals.
- Collaborate with management to create loyalty programs.
- Cash Handling and Administration
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or requirements to management.
