Shopkeeper

The Shopkeeper is responsible for managing the daily operations of a shop. This role includes retail management, customer service, inventory handling, and supporting the needs of customers and visitors.

1. Retail Operations
• Sell equipment such as rackets, balls and other accessories.
• Offer sportswear, refreshments, and other essentials to customers.
2. Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers, offering advice on equipment selection and game tips.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Foster relationships with players, coaches, and members.
3. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain organized displays.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of goods.
4. Marketing and Promotions
• Promote new products, discounts, and events through in-store displays and social media platforms.
• Support events or tournaments by setting up stalls or offering sponsorship deals.
• Collaborate with management to create loyalty programs.
5. Cash Handling and Administration
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

6. Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or requirements to management.
