Oceano Pearls is looking for an experienced and dynamic Shop Manager to run our new luxury jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for high-end jewelry. The candidate will run the shop by herself in collaboration with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s prestigious image.

TASKS
(non-exhaustive list)

- Greet and assist customers with high-end jewelry selections.

- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.

- Close sales transactions and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Manage the stock, finances and report to management.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Manage and update client information in CRM software.

- Maintain inventory in different locations and ensure displays are attractive and stocked.

- Stay updated on new product arrivals and collections.

- Process payments and handle financial transactions.

- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed on industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Speaking and writing perfectly both French and English

• Basic computer skills
