Experienced in Excel, the Service Desk Analyst will assist in the design, implementation and testing of configuration changes, testing of service packs, quarterly upgrades and other system updates.
Job Duties
- Assist in the design, implementation and testing of configuration changes
- Assist in the implementation and testing of service packs, quarterly upgrades and other system updates
- Support maintenance of tax tables and setup to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work extensively with functions across the organization and external teams to ensure proper payroll processing and problem resolution
- Support bi-weekly, monthly and special payroll processing to ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Run ad hoc reports to extract payroll data as needed
- Assist in establishing priorities and meeting project deadlines
- Maintain accurate and sufficient testing documentation
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- At least Diploma or a Professional Certification in IT related field
- Ability to work on UK working hours (13hr-22hr Mauritian Time)
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Proactive and ability to work in teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
- Experienced in Excel (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLookups, Data reporting/grouping in Excel)
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools etc) and in data analysis processes will be an advantage
- Prior working knowledge of Salesforce classic will be an advantage.
