The Service Coordinator builds and maintains relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the quality of service. He/she maintains accurate records of service requests, work orders, follows up with debtors and customer interactions.

Job Profile

The Service Coordinator builds and maintains relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the quality of service. He/she maintains accurate records of service requests, work orders, follows up with debtors, and customer interactions and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate interventions.
  • Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations.
  • Open and invoice of Service Orders on a daily basis.
  • Issue and follow up approval of Preventive Maintenance Contract based on information received.
  • Update intervention details on ERP.
  • Follow-up loan products issued to customers.
  • Maintain stock inventory for loan products.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
  • Ensure that orders are prepared in a timely manner and are within budget.
  • Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Holder of a Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • Well-versed in providing customers with technical support, customer services, after-sales support and direct communication.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
