Service Advisor In Mechanic & Automotive

Myjob is looking for a service advisor for one of his client. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the mechanic and automotive sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-To determine automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms

-Conduct inspections and take test drives

-Verify warranty and service contract coverage

-Stock control of requested vehicle parts

-Costing of materials, supplies and labour

-Calculate customer's payment

-Prepare Repair Orders using the database Navision

-Duties applicable to safety measures

-Assist field technicians with diagnostic

-Maintain customer rapport and automotive records

PROFILE:
-HSC or certificate in automobile

-Previous experience in the automotive industry

-Knowledge of automotive technology (mechanics, hydraulics, basic principle of electricity)

-Holder of a valid driving license since a minimum of 5 years

-Commitment to provide excellent service

-High level of integrity

-Ability to work independently

-Problem-solving skills and analytical mind

-Good knowledge of system - Navision
