Service Advisor

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments with regards to client vehicle repairs.
  • Follow up with client’s appointment.
  • Perform daily reception of client’s vehicle.
  • Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
  • Liaise with the Workshop Coordinator, the Technicians and the Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HSC or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Mechanic would be an advantage.
  • At least one year of working experience.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Proficiency in English/French.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
