The Serenity Executive will play a critical role in providing exceptional administrative, personalized care, and food & beverage services to patients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout their hospital stay.

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing all inquiries and requests to ensure a positive hospital experience.
  • Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments and managing hospital services.
  • Provide patients with cost estimates and clarify any financial queries regarding treatment and hospital stay.
  • Facilitate communication between the patient, hospital departments, and external service providers (e.g., insurance companies).
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate patient records, including insurance documents and billing information.
  • Monitor the billing process, ensuring all services rendered are accurately billed and the patient is informed of their financial obligations. In Room personalized Billing process.
  • Competent HIS knowledge – Ability to work with the system generate reports
  • Assist nurses and medical staff with basic patient care tasks as required, such as taking vital signs, and supporting patient mobility
  • Provide comfort to patients by attending to their needs, offering emotional support, and assisting with personal care if necessary.
  • Take patient food orders, ensuring dietary requirements are followed in coordination with the medical team and nutritionists.
  • Serve food to patients in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Monitor patient feedback regarding meals and dietary services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Minibar Setup / Refill / Charging
  • Room Inspections prior to Arrival / During Stay / Discharge
  • Room Setup as per C-Care Standards.
