Senior Payroll Officer

Reporting directly to the GM – Finance and HR, the Senior Payroll Officer will have as main objective to efficiently and effectively Manage Payroll Process for Aquarelle MRU.

What you will be doing:

• Run Effectively monthly Payroll of 700 Talents
• Compile reports as required by Management.
• Ensure Proper Follow up of Payroll Policies & Procedures for the group
• Carry out payroll improvement meeting every month
• Conduct regular routine visits and coaching of Wages Team
• Carry out payroll debriefing with Payroll Officer on a daily basis
