As Senior Paid Search Manager, you will develop and execute top-tier digital advertising campaigns for B2C clients, handling media planning, optimisation, budget management, ad operations, performance analysis, and conversion tracking. You'll manage multiple accounts ensuring prompt delivery and making strategic recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact digital advertising strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display & Video)
  • Plan and optimise media strategies to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Manage and track budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and ROI.
  • Analyse performance metrics, alongside GA4 and CRM data to continuously optimise campaigns.
  • Strategy, implementation, and management of integrated digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms like DV360, StackAdapt and Rollworks would be beneficial.
  • Test conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager/GA4.
  • Conduct competitor research using tools like SemRush and more.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality outputs across all deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Search advertising.
  • Proven expertise in media planning and optimising, paid search campaign optimisation, performance reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in setting up and testing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and reporting through GA4.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions for lead tracking and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in competitor research tools such as SemRush and SpyFu.
