Job Responsibilties:

  • Maintains accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepares and processes invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Assists in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Reconciles bank statements and accounts.
  • Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provides administrative support to the finance team.
  • Liaises with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
  • Monitors and tracks expenses and revenues.
  • Handles queries related to financial matters from internal and external stakeholders.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA Level 1 or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
