Job Responsibilties:
- Maintains accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepares and processes invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assists in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Reconciles bank statements and accounts.
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provides administrative support to the finance team.
- Liaises with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Monitors and tracks expenses and revenues.
- Handles queries related to financial matters from internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA Level 1 or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
