Job Purpose

The Security Controller is responsible for the day to day activities of the Guarding Control Centre. He coordinates and plans the deployment of security guards. He also needs to be an effective communicator and liaise with Security Guards, Alarm Operators, Supervisors, Security Officers, Chief Security Officers, customers, and other Managers of the organisation.

Skills Required

• Fluent in English and French (Written and verbal).

• Ability to work in a team as well as individually.

• Leadership and organizational skills.

• Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-solving attitude.

• Flexibility to work in shifts.

• Proficient user of Ms Office.

Other Requirements

• A valid certificate of character.

• A valid driving license for private car (Optional).
