Manage staff involved in the Modern Trade sector. Develop strategies to achieve set targets, increase sales, market share and profitability
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolio: Commercial deals, monitor sales & Forecasts, planning development, Cost Benefit monitoring, develop sales strategies & merchandising standards and enhance relationship management.
- Manage staff in terms of personal & corporate objectives, Key Performance Indicators, motivation, commitment, reward, skills development, conflict management and any other related HR issues.
- Run regular training workshops for work practice enhancement.
- Assist management in strategy formulation and implementation in related fields.
- Built up and manage projects throughout their life cycles in view of enhancing business opportunities.
- Report market activities to management
- Quarterly and Annual presentation of the Modern Trade performance in terms of Sales analytics, Brand performance, Key Account management and Cost-Benefit analysis.
Education & Competences
- Diploma/degree in business management / MBA + >10 years’ experience in sales
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Maintain good work relationship.
- Be a good working in a team.
- Ability to draw objectives and make clear decisions.
