ABC Automobile Division, unique provider of the best customer experience in Mauritius, is looking for new talents to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Sales Support to the Manager and Sales Team
- Assess customers’ needs and providing advice/ guidance on the product /services needed
- Carries out the registration procedures at the Registrar General/NTA
- Submit collected documents from registrar to NTA so as to apply and secure: horse power, A/B Carrier (where applicable), to reserve number, to effect payment of Road Tax after having collected insurance and fitness
- Providing price quotations to customers upon requests
- Referring, maintaining and managing updated customer database/portfolio
- Actively participating in motor show and other relating promotion activities
- Direct customers to Sales Advisor for further technical advise
- Clearance of Cars from Customs
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC
- At least 1 - 2 years’ of experience in a similar position
- Driving License
- Ability to explain and interpret technical specifications of motor vehicles
- Well versed in IT and MS Office systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Customer Focus and Relationship skills
- Good Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
