The Sales representative will assist clients in choosing products that meet their needs and provide a personalized experience. The latter will build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers to generate sales leads and referrals.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in selecting products that align with their needs and preferences, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers to generate sales leads and referrals.
• Showcase and demonstrate a diverse range of sanitary products, including tiles, sanitary wares & accessories, showers columns, bathroom furniture, bathtubs & Jacuzzis and Quartz.
• Provide clients with informed guidance on product features, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Prepare and advise on quotations, and confidently close sales deals.
• Work closely with the showroom team to ensure effective product displays and maintain the showroom's impeccable appearance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to offer accurate assistance to clients.
• Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up with customer service team through resolution timelines
Requirements:
• HSC holder; additional sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.
• Familiarity with sanitary products and their applications is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open to flexible work schedules to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
