Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative / Executive who will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through product and service offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for growth.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
