We are looking for dynamic individuals to assist customers in our luxury retail store located at Le Morne.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote sales activities and achieve department targets.
  

• Ensure attractive product displays and continuous stock replenishment.
  

• Complete all administrative tasks related to sales.
  

• Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions (POS system).
  

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to guests.
  

• Handle cash collection, allocation, and banking.
  

• Maintain proper filing and a clean workspace.
  

• Follow up on internal and external queries.
  

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualifications: SC / HSC
  

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
  

• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  

• Customer-focused with an outgoing personality
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

• Well-groomed and professional
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  

• Mandatory: Clean Certificate of Character
  

• Eager to learn new skills (1-month training provided on products and colors)
