Build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and effectively promote products/services to achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
  2. Sales Process:

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments with existing clients/ prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.
    • Present compelling product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
    • Nurture leads through ongoing communication and follow-up to move them through the sales pipeline.
  4. Closing Deals:

    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, customer service, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to evaluate performance and progress towards goals.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
