Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd – a member of Leal Group – is looking for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be mainly responsible for responding to customers request through quotes and Request for Proposals.

 

Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd – a member of Leal Group – is looking for a Sales Officer.

 The Sales Officer will be mainly responsible for responding to customers request through quotes and Request for Proposals.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify Potential Clients: Develop strategies to connect and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote and Sell Products/Services: Use knowledge of IT products and services to demonstrate benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to finalize sales.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Research: Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Client Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring payments are made and liaising with the finance department as necessary.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

 

 Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role in IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
