Sales & Marketing Executive (2413-SME)

Our client, in the Sales sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing activities.

Profiles:

• Bachelor's degree in sales and Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is defintely a plus.
• Hold a valid driving license.
