The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Senior Manager to identify opportunities, objectives, strategies and action plan to introduce and boost up short and long-term sales and revenue in the Traditional Trade channel.
- Manage Traditional Trade (TT) channel and lead the team in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of revenue, market share and market penetration.
- Develops specific business plans to ensure revenue growth on a portfolio of products.
- Ensuring consistent stock levels across outlets to supply customers.
- Establish and maintain potential client relationships.
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare appropriate reports outlining sales performance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Management/ Sales Management.
- At least 3 years work experience in a Management position in a Sales and Marketing role.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing in the FMCG sector.
