We're looking for a 'Sales & Local Store Marketer' to join the marketing team of Domino's Pizza!
Overview of the role:
As a Sales & Local Store Marketer, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall Sales, Marketing, and local store initiatives of our Domino’s Pizza restaurants. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Store Managers to generate sales, execute marketing campaigns, promote products, and enhance brand visibility both in-store and online.
To perform in this role, you must be able to:
- Perform store visit and marketing audit
- Coordinate and lead event activation
- Identify sales and marketing opportunity
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales programs, collaborating with Store Managers for in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Execute sales initiatives on schedule with specific targets, briefing all team members to ensure alignment across operations, marketing, quality, and development.
- Conduct monthly brand audits, developing checklists and sharing results with relevant departments to improve brand consistency.
- Create and implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales, tailoring campaigns to the local community’s demographics and preferences.
- Share cycle plan evaluation reports highlighting business overviews, sales trends, and competitive feedback.
- Build relationships with local entities for coordinated promotional events and partnerships to enhance community presence and engagement.
- Produce and distribute content for digital marketing, monitoring campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Ensure timely availability of marketing support materials like brochures and posters, maintaining an inventory of all marketing collateral.
- Plan and manage promotional events and product launches, coordinating logistics, vendor relations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and gather community feedback to inform and refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital marketing tools/platforms is preferred.
- Holder of a valid driving license is a must, & owner of a private vehicle would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions.
