At Fairstep, we are a team of HR professionals who provide expert HR Consultancy & Recruitment Services. Are you good at selling and like bicycles? Or sports in general? This is an exciting opportunity to work in a bicycle/ sports equipment shop. Our Client, Epic Sports, is now recruiting.

 

Main Duties:

  • Drive sales & build long-term relationships with clients
  • Monitor the sales process; timely follow-up and closure
  • Keep track of sales performance & ensure that targets are met/ exceeded
  • Represent Epic Sports in events & shows
  • Ensure an excellent customer service & product knowledge
  • Collaborate with indoor staff to facilitate promotional campaign & product coaching
  • Provide assistance in performing inventory exercise
  • Understand & assess the market trends; adjust commercial actions/ business plan

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum HSC/ BAC
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in a retail environment

 

Ideal Profile:

  • Commercial focus with high level of interest in the cycling industry
  • Demonstrable sales-track record
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Comfortable to talk to all customers
  • Confidence to overcome objectives & turn interests into sales
  • Good IT skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Possess a clean car driving license
