Our client in the import and distribution sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales Executive who will report to the Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Close deals and ensure all client requirements are met.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager/Sales Director.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desirable.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Strong Sales background.
- Excellent communications skills in both English and French.
