Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales Executive who will report to the Manager.

 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
  • Close deals and ensure all client requirements are met.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager/Sales Director.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge on QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Holder of a valid driving licence.
