This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building key relationships, and enhancing the presence of RIU Turquoise and RIU Palace Mauritius in the local and international markets. Together, these properties set a new standard for luxury and scale in Mauritius, and your expertise will contribute to increasing revenue and guest engagement.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key partners to drive sales and occupancy.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning in the hospitality industry.
- Represent RIU Hotels & Resorts at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that attract and retain guests.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or tourism industry in Mauritius.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Mauritius tourism market and international travel trends.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
