Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote company products & services to relevant target audience
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotes
  • Demonstrate and present products/services to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and value
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts
  • Provide monthly sales report to Management
  • Achieve pre-defined sales targets
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing and communications team to develop targeted and periodical marketing campaigns
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales

Other Requisites:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and being result oriented
  • Knowledge of the local construction industry would be an advantage
  • Versatile/adaptable to the different business needs
