Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote company products & services to relevant target audience
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotes
- Demonstrate and present products/services to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and value
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts
- Provide monthly sales report to Management
- Achieve pre-defined sales targets
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing and communications team to develop targeted and periodical marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Other Requisites:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Capable of working independently and being result oriented
- Knowledge of the local construction industry would be an advantage
- Versatile/adaptable to the different business needs
