The Sales Executive at Cybernaptics Ltd will be responsible for researching prospects, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research prospects and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Introduce Cybernaptics products, services, and company assets to potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Formulate commercial quotes and proposals based on client analysis.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain client relationships using the Cybernaptics CRM database.
- Maintain personal contact with key customers, regularly updating them on company offerings.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Negotiate terms within management-defined margins.
- Identify key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary services (e.g., support, training).
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections or complaints.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Provide regular sales pipeline status and budget reports.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for the Head of Sales.
- Collect feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members for better results and share customer/prospect feedback with internal teams.
- Professional Development and Representation:
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Stay updated on partners’ products.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and events on behalf of the company.
- Respond to calls for tenders and draft commercial proposals, involving other company departments as necessary (projects, business, pre-sales, technical, marketing).
