The Sales Executive at Cybernaptics Ltd will be responsible for researching prospects, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of cybersecurity products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Research prospects and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Introduce Cybernaptics products, services, and company assets to potential clients.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Formulate commercial quotes and proposals based on client analysis.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain client relationships using the Cybernaptics CRM database.
  • Maintain personal contact with key customers, regularly updating them on company offerings.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Negotiate terms within management-defined margins.
  • Identify key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary services (e.g., support, training).
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections or complaints.
  1. Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Provide regular sales pipeline status and budget reports.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for the Head of Sales.
  • Collect feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members for better results and share customer/prospect feedback with internal teams.

 

  1. Professional Development and Representation:
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Stay updated on partners’ products.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and events on behalf of the company.
  • Respond to calls for tenders and draft commercial proposals, involving other company departments as necessary (projects, business, pre-sales, technical, marketing).
  1. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
