Main duties
- Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
- Develop costing as part of the quotation process.
- Manage the preparation of proposals for a range of bespoke products by coordinating the activities of related teams.
- Work with the sales team (where applicable) to ascertain information necessary to produce sales proposals including product selection, quotation and costing procedures, and any other specifications.
- Support the team with maintenance and development of cost, suppliers and customers databases, pricelists and other related details.
- Clarify purchase order receipt and to prepare detailed order documentation in timely manner for execution of engineer’s contracts/projects.
Qualifications and experience
- B Eng in Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years in a similar position.
