Sales Delivery Assistant

The sales delivery assistant will assist in the day to day management of the section efficiently and timely delivery of vehicles to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensuring that vehicles are sent for examination at NTA.
• Removing vehicles from Bond.
• Preparing and liaising with the service department for PDI.
• Collecting and keeping records of accessories taken from the Spare Parts Department and ensuring that they fit the appropriate vehicles.
• Replenishing fuel in vehicles as required.
• Sending vehicles to appropriate suppliers for fittings and accessories.
• Checking and ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned, waxed, polished, and vacuumed before delivery.
• Liaising with Sales Representatives.
• Monitoring the movement of TP plates by drivers.
• Ensuring that vehicles are delivered to clients on time and to their entire satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HSC
• Previous experience in sales support, delivery coordination, or customer service within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license
