Under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Manager- Leisure, he/she will foster a sales culture and work towards achieving the targets and KPIs (Revenue, capture rate) and play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within Heritage Resorts.

 

Achieve sales objectives set by Sales Team & BU Managers

Engage with customers in courteous manner (HLT, HA, HTV, KAZ) where appropriate to inform, recommend and sell activities/experiences across the Leisure Cluster

Work alongside the various stakeholders (concierge & FO teams / Residence Hosts, butlers, Kids club & entertainment teams etc…) to promote and sell all leisure experiences within the Leisure cluster

Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the leisure offering and be able to provide real time prices & availability to drive conversion in a pro-active manner.
Be a self-starter and driven by targets with the aim to exceed budgets in a consistent manner while delivering excellent service
Collect feedback from customers and share with the respective brands to ensure that our promises meet the customers’ expectations
