Hardy Henry Services Ltée is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team

Skills & Requirements:

• HSC holder
• At least two years of working experience in sales
• A valid driving license for motorcycle and autocycle
• Good communication skills, written & spoken in English & French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Highly confident
• Active listening Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the company objectives
• Generate, prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Meet or exceed sales target
• Manage debtors by obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
