The ideal candidate will manage daily sales, assist customers, handle stock, and ensure smooth shop operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as the role combines sales with administrative tasks for efficient store management.

 

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide tailored assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle in-store and online sales, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintain an organized inventory, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and making sure product displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming store environment, consistently maintaining high standards of presentation in line with the luxury brand identity.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling in-store promotions and digital content that drives foot traffic
  • Make sure that all store processes are documented and standardized for efficiency.
  • Assist in planning the annual sales calendar, forecasting demand for specific seasons, and preparing promotions accordingly.
  • Manage staffing during busy times and events to ensure enough team members are available to assist customers.
  • Oversee cash flow by making sure the cash register balances, bank deposits are made, and financial reports are accurate.
  • Organize the store layout to make it easy for customers to shop and interact with product

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience in sales and administration
  • A minimum of School Certificate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, both with customers and team members, to create a collaborative work atmosphere
  • Able to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially during busy sales periods.
