The Sales Administration Officer shall be responsible for the reception of customers’ orders and proceed with the administration processes to conclude the purchase.
Sales Administration
To Acknowledge Orders from Clients through emails and Phone by text or WhatsApp
Process clients’ orders into sales Orders
Ensure that the invoices have the right product appellation, right quantity and with the right prices as per B2B and B2C pricing list.
Regroup all Orders and liaise with the Logistics Officer or any other person designated by the Management for Planification of Route Sheet for delivery of Products.
To Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs and provide assistance.
To ensure that Clients are informed when there is a delay in delivery time or non-availability of Products.
Liaise with Stores for product availability.
Produce reports on Missing Items
Ensure proper follow-up of Clients Orders.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
To Gather and document about customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
To update our client list and give adequate information to the accounts department for their creation on systems.
To ensure excellent customer service is given to Clients.
To communicate as per internal procedures to person concerned about claims and client’s issues.
To collaborate with Quality Department for Clients issues and corrective actions.
Liaise with Purchasing for orders conformity and non-availability and solutions to be proposed.
Telesales
Developing & sustaining long-lasting relationship with customers
Calling potential customers to educate them on our company products and encourage them to purchase same
Answering customer’s question and escalating complex issues to the relevant department
Developing in-depth knowledge of company’s products
Promotion & upselling of products
Inform customer of current promotions and discounts
Work together with the sales team to devise strategies for more achieving sales target.
