Acts as a liaison between the sales team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Generates new customer accounts and develops new business opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Ensures that sales are meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
- Manages client’s account and customer portfolio
- Inputs invoices in logbook for delivery purposes.
- Concludes sales by processing purchase orders made by clients and performs invoicing
- Follows up on clients as to impending purchases
- Markets all Linxia’s products and services
- Prepares and sends quotations as per clients’ requests
Customer Service
Ensures excellent customer relationships by:
- dealing with customers courteously
- attending to specific needs of customers and answering all their queries
- ensuring the timely delivery of services requested by clients
Existing Business Retention
- Performs regular visits to existing clients to present new products and/or other existing products that may be of interest to the client
- Maintains good relations with existing clients through regular and continuous visits
Marketing
- Visits potential new clients having previously called or requested for quotations and gives an overview of the different products and services
- Follows up on interested clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- A Diploma /Degree in Sales and/or Marketing
- Strong Sales and customer oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Good written and spoken English and French
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar job position
