We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Salesperson / After-Sales Service professional to join our team.
- Sales of Power Tools:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable power tools from our product range.
- Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and safety aspects to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
- After-Sales Service:
- Provide excellent customer support post-purchase, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering advice on product usage.
- Assist customers with warranty claims, repairs, or exchanges when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and after-sales service transactions.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Outgoing personality with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about power tools and their applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
