We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Salesperson / After-Sales Service professional to join our team.

 

  • Sales of Power Tools:
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable power tools from our product range.
    • Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and safety aspects to customers.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
  • After-Sales Service:
    • Provide excellent customer support post-purchase, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering advice on product usage.
    • Assist customers with warranty claims, repairs, or exchanges when necessary.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and after-sales service transactions.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
    • Outgoing personality with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about power tools and their applications.
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
