Manage the stock of the company ( Raw Materials / Accessories / Cylinders / Consumables )
- Update stock of raw materials and spare parts on a daily basis together with appropriate bin cards.
- To be responsible and accountable for stock of raw materials and spare parts in different locations, and to immediately update, and keep up to date, the respective stock bin- cards accordingly for each stock movement/s.
- To update stock of different cylinders of gases and liquids.
- To be responsible and accountable for stock levels of finished products.
- Transfer all cylinders to trucks and to respective locations.
- To prepare special empty cylinders for filling abroad.
- To reconcile any incoming goods from suppliers.
- Process credit notes.
- Communicate to your reporting line stock levels of raw materials at any one time.
- To identify damages, shrinkages, and write off stock
- To implement and establish housekeeping standards within the stock holding areas;
- Stock take preparation, pre-counts and area designation and leading in stock counts, data collections and reporting of stock take results.
- Liaise with other departments to inform them of inventory and to release stock in line with agreed control process;
- Develop and manage a central store of stock items.
- Maintain security of equipment, parts and material in the store.
- Responsible for opening and closing store.
- Maintain the Store clean.
- Update Stock Card as per delivery and receipt.
- Ensure delivery note to salesmen upon goods requisition
- Responsible for the filing of blue copy of invoices.
- Reconcile full cylinders on platform to enable sales by showroom.
- Issue GRN for goods received in store and input on computer system.
