2. Perform Wellness Health Assessment & Consultations.
3. Provide lifestyle discussions & recommendations.
4. Recommend the best treatment according to the need.
5. Provide dietary & nutritional advice.
6. To be responsible for the Ayurvedic aspects of the Spa.
7. Responsible for meeting the budgeted Wellness targets.
8. Adherence to pre-opening and periodic training inputs in accordance with the Banyan Tree standards.
9. Following the Standard Operating Procedure for customer service and Inter Personal
Communication.
10. Timely documentation of health records and maintaining stock of Ayurvedic medicines &
treatment materials.
11. Preparing and submitting the various reports on time as required by the management.
12. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
13. Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
14. Inform associates of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
15. Plan or direct spa services and programs.
16. Assess associates' performance and suggest ways to improve work.
17. Ensure equipment and physical facility in peak condition including cleanliness and repair.
18. Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
19. Develop associates service or retail goals and guide associates in goal achievement.
20. Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
21. Inventory products and Control costs of good purchased, service supplied and labour necessary.
22. Develop, follow and ensure that all safety and emergency policies, procedures and practices and adhered to.
