SAV - Technician

Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit for immediate employment, 4 dynamic SAV - Technician for its shop located in Forbach. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues in machines and equipment sold by the retail
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure machines are functioning optimally
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive
• Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers about the issues identified and the repairs performed.

 Candidate profile:

• Minimum Qualification: Certificate in Mechanics or related field
• 2 years experience 
• Technical expertise in mechanics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Continous learning and improvement mindset
• Excellent customer service abilities
