RESPONSIBILITIES
To clean guest rooms as per the hotel standard
To collect and deliver guest laundry
To ensure adequate linen, cleaning and guest supplies on trolley.
To fill in the Daily Worksheet as per the procedure
To report any non conformance noticed to Housekeeping Supervisor
To maintain housekeeping trolley neat and clean.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
SC and NTC 3 from Hotel School or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in similar position

COMPETENCIES
To be able to clean a vacant, occupied, departure room within a time limit
To fill in the Daily Worksheet properly
To communicate efficiently and act in a courteous and polite manner
