The incumbent is responsible to ensure all Revenue Assurance KPI’s are monitored adequately and
is responsible for management and review of day to day Revenue Assurance operations for Emtel.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create effective processes for adequate controls over Revenues and streamlining systems
- Carry out routine audits and analytical activities at pre-determined frequencies to identify any revenue leakage areas for postpaid
- Quantify and report revenue leakages highlighting leakage points and ensuring implementation recommended solutions
- Create, implement, review, modify and manage Revenue Assurance SOPs
- Establish a close working relationship with the IT Department, Finance, Sales, Customer Care and other functions
- Follow-up on timely closure of the identified exceptions and support in root causing to minimize the issue
- Ensure that due pre-billing activities are carried out prior to clearance of each Bill Run
- Perform Billing rejection analysis and rate each rejected CDR’s
- Work closely with other sub-functions of RA team (especially with NPI) to ensure controls are being put in place for all the new products/promotions launched
- Participate actively and provide inputs in control reviews and special projects
- Strengthen control environment by proactively identification as on revenue leakage and frauds
- Facilitate timely closure or escalations of day to day critical operational tasks
- Periodic reporting to Head RA and management on the RAFM compliance, issues and revenue leakage
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum degree holder in business management, IT, Finance or other related field
- At least two (2) years of work experience in similar role will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ACCESS and Power point), SQL applications and any Database tool

- Strong data analytical skills & eye for detail
- Good System knowledge (preferably billing & network)

- Problem solving and crisis management skills
- Process oriented and Pro-active approach
- Highly motivated and willingness to perform as a team
