MobiMEA Ltd, the exclusive distributor of HONOR in Mauritius, is looking for a proactive and motivated Retail Assistant to train store staff, enhance brand visibility and support retail operations. This role requires experience in retail or sales, strong organisational skills and the ability to travel between store locations. What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct dynamic training sessions for store staff and promoters, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to drive sales.
• Ensure that promotional materials and in-store displays capture attention and maximise product visibility.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager to optimise stock allocation, sales performance and promotional strategies.
• Travel between stores to monitor brand consistency, support teams and maintain excellence in operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service – training and POSM management experience is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (travel between store locations required).
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills – your ability to motive teams will make all the difference.
• Strong organisational, practical mind and get-it-done attitude – efficiency and effectiveness are key.
• Comfortable using basic tech – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) for reporting and analysis.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset to maintain brand excellence.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player in a fast-paced retail environment.
