Responsibilities
To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the smooth and efficient operation of one’s allocated section on a daily basis, as per instructions of the Restaurant Manager
To converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
To handle customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction
To communicate guests’, visitors’ or repeaters’ preference of meals, drinks and cocktails and special requirements (e.g. allergies), and ascertains that these preferences are adhered to by team members.
To oversee that an excellent service is offered to guests by team members, and assists in serving VIP guests.
To attend to any special guests’ requests as appropriate
To promote the different outlets, theme nights and other events by informing clients.
To increase sales through making suggestions, proposing additional items and making use of suggestive selling techniques.
To supervise activities of staff and implements tasks responsibilities allocations so as to ensure an efficient preparation and service according to standards.
Qualifications
NTC Level 3 from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
Previous performance
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position.

Creative and innovative.
Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages.
Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays.
A valid food handlers’ certificate.
A clean certificate of character is a must.
