Responsible for handling all reservations/bookings, inquiries and cancellations pertainings to all restaurants and wellness dept of the group.
Answer all reservations telephone calls and e-mails related to the hotels’ restaurants and spa bookings, in a friendly & timely manner
Make the restaurants and spa reservations for the guests depending on their requirements and available options
Be able to provide correct and timely information to guests calling
Assist and advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of reservations options
Actively upselling and advising guests on any promotions or special events in the restaurants or spa
Correctly managing and communicating the restaurant and spa bookings to avoid any over booking or miss any booking
Correctly entering the reservations on the reservation system , clearly mentioning any preferences or special requirements of the guest
Be able to sort out any issues arising from the reservations
Answer any queries from the guests on the different restaurants of the group or spa
Provide support to guests who want to cancel or reschedule their reservations
Any other cognate duties as delegated.
Core Profile :-
Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications
Experience in reservation department will be an advantage
Customer service experience
Dazzling telephone and communication skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong computer proficiency
Impressive time management and organizational skills
Attention to details
Ability to listen effectively and resolve any issues
