🔎 About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for Client Service, leadership, and luxury hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
    • Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly. This includes organizing staff shifts, monitoring service standards, and addressing any issues that arise during service.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Inventory and Budget Management: Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products. Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage, and control operational costs by identifying measures to cut waste.
    • Quality Control: Regularly review product quality and research new vendors to ensure the highest standards are met. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
    • Financial Reporting: Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Recommend ways to reach a broader audience and enhance the restaurant's reputation.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Other Requirements: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
