Responsibilities: • Promote the hotel and provide information to prospective guests, capture sales from incoming calls /email and coordinate details of each reservation • Act as the single point of contact for all aspects of the reservation process and special requests.

Maintain booking and billing accuracy
Perform database entry, corporate client creation, and
reporting
Provide support to front office team and maintain
commitment to teamwork
Contribute to the Financial and Revenue strategy
Be comfortable upselling and maximizing revenue
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Marketing and
Revenue team
Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate
room type, and verify availability of room type and rate
Answer questions about property facilities/services and
room accommodations.
Keep up to date on all hotel products, services, pricing and
special promotional offers as well as daily VIPs and special
events
Desired Profile
Diploma in Management or equivalent
At least1 year relevant experience in a hotel is desirable
Fluent in French and English
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Friendly personality
Must be flexible and able to work in a
fast paced environment
IT literate with knowledge and experience of packages such as
Excel, Fidelio, Opera, etc
Be detail oriented and have the capacity to
multi task
Excellent approach to customer service
Being well organized, deadline driven, and can handle the
pressure of the clock
