Manage and oversee the operations of Rooms and F&B reservations, ensuring smooth room allocations and optimal booking management.
•Supervise Reservations Clerks/Executives, providing training, coaching, and regular performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
•Maximize revenue for Rooms and F&B by implementing upselling strategies, tracking room availability, and working closely with the Revenue Manager.
•Handle VIP bookings, ensuring personalized service and communication of all special requirements, such as decorations and cakes, to relevant departments.
•Support F&B outlets (Beach Rouge, Ai KISU, Maison LUX*, Bisou) by managing reservations, tracking non-resident bookings, and ensuring guest feedback is reported and addressed daily.
•Conduct market research and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to support outlet promotions and cross-promotion initiatives across LUX* properties.
•Proven experience in hotel reservations, with strong familiarity with OPMS/ORS systems.
