The Reporting Specialist role enables high efficiency by providing a high service level. Reporting Specialist will provide all reports required in Regional Procurement Shared Services.
Manage reporting requests
- Validate and clarify reporting requests
- Estimate effort /resources needed and approve report requests
- Create reports by extracting from our databases, using SQL and present findings in a relevant format.
Produce and deliver required reports
- Establish report generation on reporting calendar
- Produce and prepare reports
- Review and ensure accuracy of report data
- Consolidate and distribute reports to customers
Drive report compliance / general activities
- Maintain reporting quality
- Support Continuous Improvement efforts
- Monitor report need and usage
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor in Mathematics or Business Informatics or equivalent
- Experince as Cost Analyst or Reporting Specialist would be an advantage
