As a Hospitality Sourcer / Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for our clients within the hospitality industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Candidate Sourcing
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, boolean, social media platforms, and industry career & networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct proactive searches to identify passive candidates.
Screening and Assessment
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Build a talent community by maintaining ongoing communication with potential candidates.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools in the hospitality sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter, in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, boolean, and other recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its specific recruitment challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
