Recovery/Claims Officer

We are currently recruiting a Recovery/Claims Officer for Good Harvest Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Well-versed with all legislation and compliance processes
• Partner with management to prepare, lodge and follow up of recovery cases with Third Party Insurers or other Third Parties
• Represent the company in recovery cases before the court
• Negotiate recovery cases with Third Party insurers and other Third Parties
• Escalating any claim issues to management
• Multi-tasking abilities and ready to work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to details and a pride in your work and accuracy
• A can-do approach to owning your tasks and being accountable
• Negotiate with third party insurers and liable parties to recover debt

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in management  or CII
• Degree in Law or Professional insurance qualifications or progress towards
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
• Experience within insurance claims/recoveries role(required)
• Have excellent technical and negotiation insurance skills
• Sound judgement and decision making skills
• Strong customer focus and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be conversant with MS Office Tools
